It is ‘FAN’tastic in many angles! A new team of cinema makers are very cautious. The memories go back to `Nammura Mandhara Hoove` as the film moves to climax. Like how Prema dashes reply in the climax, this cute and intelligent actress Adiviti Shetty comes up with a sterling performance. This climax also gives what is ‘Real and Reel’!

Had there been a few corrections in the screenplay, it would have been a real superb attempt. Yet it is a wholesome family entertainer.

Here is a `Fan` of TV serial ‘Geetha’ – Shayiri (Adviti Shetty), she is very fond of actor in`Geetha` TV serial Drishya (Aryan). The serial is so close to the life of Shayiri and she adopts a few things in her life. She becomes a face book friend to Drishya. When the ‘Geetha’ TV serial is hunting for a coastal belt area for shooting Shayiri helps allocating her huge house in Honavara. The team of `Geetha` arrives to the place where Shayiri is living is a dream come true for her.

The immaculate fan following in Shayiri is what deeply touches Drishya. That is also love affair from Drishya side. Although interested in Drishya, Shayiri had to budge to her family pressure and agree for engagement with Prabhav a handsome boy. This dislodges the mindset of Drishya. He does not concentrate on his TV serial. When Shayiri bring to the notice of her love to Prabhav audience would feel it is all over. No, there is something else in store. This is the intelligence of director Darshith Bhat.

Aryan has done a superb work in his debut film as hero in ‘Fan’. This is the film of actress Adviti Shetty. She has understood the role very well and performed like anyone in the big league of heroines of Kannada cinema. She has a great future in this tinsel town.

Sameeksha looks pretty, Ravi Bhat reminds the typical coastal cultural citizen, couple in the coastal house are fine, two friends of Adviti Shetty rendered good support, Prabhav character is very good, Vijayakashi veteran actor is back after long time in big screen, Mandya Ramesh gives a funny moment, Naveen Padeel and Raghu Pandeshwar gives good share to lift the film in comedy track.

Nalige Jwara Bandide…is best. After ‘Snehaloka’ telephone song, we have mobile conversing song in this film. Duo Vikram and Chandana picked two old Kannada film songs familiar tune for this particular song.

There are some exotic shots from cameraman Pavan Kumar. Especially that of aerial shots of Honnavara region.
